Comfort Inn Gold Coast - Ocean City

Denny's attached to Comfort Inn, walking distance to small mall. The Atrium by the pool was nice.

A spur of the moment trip w my adult daughter. Great location, walked across the street to the beach, Denny's next door for breakfast, nice clean room w comfy beds, a short drive to the boardwalk! It was perfect!

Rooms were nice, clean and beds were comfortable.

Pool was yucky! Water smelled bad. Couldn't wait to head back up to the hotel and shower. The hot tub was also dirty with smelly water.

The walls were so thin we could hear the people in the room next to us like they were in our room.

Front desk went about every and beyond. Friendly pointing out places to visit Always smiling and available.

Hooked to a Dennys restaurant door windows connect business rather dirty. Located far from most used the bus as traffic is heavy at times.

Staff was helpful and pleasant

Air conditioner was kind of loud the sink drain needed attention.

The beach was only a 7min. walk from the hotel. The overall accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly. There were also many restaurants, of all kinds, in walking distance. That is a true bonus. The overall bang for the buck was a plus. Try booking your room at least two months in advance for the best price. You won't be disappointed.

The indoor pool was freezing.

The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

The gym was extremely hot and some of the equipment was broken. The finishes in the rooms were shoddy i.e. Loose plugs and light fixtures in bathroom were coming apart.

The price was great and good customer service. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the conversation with them.

The wi-fi service was not good at all.

I booked had to cancel some days off of the end of my stay. Booking charged me over $180 to cancel even though I stayed the initial night. Staff was not helpful. Tub would not drain.

Our group like the price very much. Also, we liked the cleanliness of the place. Lastly I think the best thing was the location because it was not to far from fun.

What we did not like is the parking spaces. Also the cleaning staff would come at very odd times.

Room was clean & comfy. Convenient to eateries, beach, and bus route to Boardwalk. Great parking. Efficient check-in/out. Easy to control room temp.

Housekeeping didn't follow the "Green" towel laundry policy. Room phone (330) had terrible connection. Desk staff couldn't provide a call-girl service number.

Nothing

The mattresses were not protected. Had only a basic mattress pad. Cleanliness of the room was not adequate. Something was spattered on the wall, dusty and large dead spider was on the floor by the AC. Upon arrival the computer system was slow/down with a line of customers. When the manager arrived he offered no support to the front desk, and made no attempt to apoligize to guests for the long delay. Pricing for this room was too high for location/accomodations. It location was literally in a strip mall lot with a movie theater. Would not even consider returning to this location.
